Somatic Embodiment is all about getting in your body.

- There will be 50 minutes of movement followed by 30 minutes of a sound and sensory healing meditation journey which can also begin to regulate your nervous system.

Every thought creates a sensation & feeling in the body which then affects your nervous system.

Sound creates a vibration that moves stuck energy in the physical and energetic bodies.

In this class, you will learn sounds that release stuck energy from the different power points on your body (your chakras) that in turn regulates your nervous system.

This class will teach you different sounds and embodied movement practices that will show you how to regulate your nervous system when you get activated (i.e: show you how to bring you back to relaxation if you get into a conflict or dissociate from your body)



- There will be 50 minutes of movement followed by 30 minutes of a deep meditation & sound journey where you will be laying down.

~ You will be guided through an intuitive Embodied Movement Practices that moves stagnant energy and sounds for each part.

~ Our dance is based on Somatic Embodiment practices that bring our conscious awareness from the mind down into the body.

~ We also weave in self-inquiry, breath-work, chakra healing wisdom and sound therapy.
