𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 Chakra Embodiment Sound & Sensory journey?
- Experience a music-based self-awareness process that guides participants through gentle movement, sound healing, inquiry and surrender.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆?
- We will begin with gentle movement for each chakra to release stress and drop out of the mind and into the body.
-You will be guided into a sound and sensory healing journey that resembles a sound meditation where all you have to do is lay down and receive.
- Music, sound healing and chakra healing touch will be used to support the activation of specific brainwave patterns that stimulate a waking dream-like state of lucid consciousness.
- Amy will be going around the room with live instruments like the singing bowls and hands-on energy work to facilitate the journey.
- Anything can unfold and everything is welcomed.

Who is Amy Shine:
Amy Shine is a facilitator of energy work and consciousness for over 10 years. She became a facilitator of InnerDance Energy Activations in Scotland. She also is an Ecstatic Dance Facilitator, Yoga 200Hr, Massage & Bodywork, Thia Yoga Vedic and has trained extensively with Access Consciousness. Amy was born and raised in Ireland and moved to Delray Beach in 2015 where she facilitates events locally, online and travels around the world bringing workshops to different countries. Amy loves to combine energy work, body work, music, sounds and movement for deep healing and transformation.
