ECSTATIC CHAKRA DANCE 

Join a heart opening guided Ecstatic Chakra Dance with Amy Shine (Embodied Movement facilitator) on this full moon.

Location:

YoUniversal Yoga Studio,7682 Wiles Rd, Coral Springs, FL 33067

HOW EVENING WILL FLOW:

~Opening Circle, drawing Oracle Cards, set intention.

~Amy will guide the class through the 7 chakras with movement practices, sound healing and breath work for each chakra.

~This will move you from your head into your body, surrendering and letting go.

~Closing Circle with meditation and energy work.

Investment: $35

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR:

~Water bottle & Yoga Mat
~Wear layers as your temperature will rise and fall.
~Clothes that you can easily move in.

Guided embodied movement practices with sound, breath, music that leads you through the 7 Chakras bringing you from your head into your body, letting go.
