Somatic Embodiment Movement practice is an integration of conscious movement, breath & sound that allows you to move stuck emotions through your body which in turn begins to regulate your nervous system.
This class' theme is ‘’ Trusting you with Money’ with the focus on returning to a sense of pleasure in our bodies and allowing us to receive money as a pleasure for our bodies.
HOW THE CLASS FLOWS:
~ You will be guided through an intuitive Embodied Movement Practices that moves stagnant energy.
~ Our dance is based on Somatic Embodiment practices that bring our conscious awareness from the mind down into the body.
~ We also weave in self-inquiry, breath-work, chakra healing wisdom and the Earth Elements.
- There are 50 minutes of movement followed by 30 minutes of a sound and sensory healing journey (a taste of InnerDance) which can begin to regulate your nervous system.
