In 3 hours during Root to Rise, you'll:

  • Find your feet again - literally - by rooting into your body so your nervous system knows it's safe to let go
  • Move stuck, anxious energy up and out through dynamic breathwork and intentional movement
  • Release the fight-or-flight grip your body's been holding (maybe for years)
  • Transition from activated and on-edge to soft, open, and genuinely at rest
  • Leave with multiple breath and somatic movement practices you can actually use in your real life

Root to Rise isn't a workshop you watch. It's an experience you inhabit. We designed the arc intentionally - moving from energizing and healthy activation to deeply restorative - so your body gets to lead the whole way.

1. Ground & Orient 

Before we do anything else, we land. Through orienting practices and gentle movement and breath, we help your nervous system register: I am here. I am safe. This is now.

2. Energize & Release 

This is where things get alive. Energizing breathwork, somatic movement practices, and fight-or-flight release (yes, we're moving the adrenaline out) - all designed to shake loose what's been stuck and wake up what's been dormant.

3. Restore & Receive 

To end the day, we drop all the way down. Resonance breathing, a few restorative yoga poses (easy for everyone no matter your experience), and integration. This is the rise part - not striving upward, but rising into your own spaciousness. Soft. Clear. Yours.

Amy Shine

Amy is an Embodied Movement & Somatic Facilitator whose entire gift is waking up the joy, aliveness, and sensualness that lives in your body. Using somatic movement, sound, earth wisdom, she creates spaces where women remember what it feels like to be at home in themselves.
