Definitions

"Course organisers/providers" means SHINE MOVEMENTS LLC and its employees, representatives and affiliates. "Course materials" means any and all collateral provided to participants before and throughout ANY course, class, program, private sessions, including but not limited to PDF documents; knowledge, tools and practices transmitted during course live sessions by the course providers or guest teachers/facilitators; audio or video content shared on the course platform; and any imagery used within these mediums where copyright is not attributed to an external source. "Course tools and practices" is included in the definition of "course materials" above.

General Terms of Agreement

  1. You understand that you are entirely responsible for your own personal safety, health, and mental, physical, emotional, and general well-being during and after any courses or sessions.
  2. You understand furthermore that SHINE MOVEMENTS LLC is not an organisation licensed to give medical advice, and as such any knowledge gained from participating in ANY course or session does not constitute medical advice for you as a participant, or for any of your own clients or others with whom you apply the knowledge gained.
  3. By proceeding with payment for any course or session, you release the course organisers and providers, their representatives, and any of their employees, assistants, and affiliates, of any liability for any injuries or damages mentally or physically you or any of those close to you might incur during or after any session or class.
  4. The practice of the tools and practices provided in any course, class or session is not an exact science and so predictions of the effects of any offer, class or service and the implementation of the tools and practices provided are not precise or guaranteed. By consenting to these terms, you acknowledge that you understand this; that no guarantees have been made to you by the providers as to the impact of the offer.
    • Offers, classes, sessions supports potent personal transformations and sometimes creates profound therapeutic effects for our clients. However, it is not a trauma healing program.

Website Terms

  1. Terms of Use: By accessing the website at amyshine.net, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
  2. Use License Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Amy Shine website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
    • Modify or copy the materials;

  6. Accuracy of Materials: The materials appearing on Amy Shine website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Amy Shine does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Amy Shine may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Amy Shine does not make any commitment to update the materials.
  7. Links to External Sites: Amy Shine has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Amy Shine of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
  8. Intellectual Property Rights: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, and methodologies, are the exclusive property of SHINE MOVEMENTS LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.
  9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  10. Force Majeure: SHINE MOVEMENTS LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
  11. Modifications: Amy Shine may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
  12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Refunds/Returns/Cancellations

Can I return Amy Shine Digital Products? No, digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless special permission is granted by Amy Shine or team members.

Can I cancel my Amy Shine Paid Subscriptions? Yes, you can cancel your subscriptions anytime by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where in the billing cycle you are when you cancel, will determine if you are charged for the next billing cycle. There are no refunds for paid subscriptions.

Can I cancel my Amy Shine Telecalls/Seminars/Classes? Yes, you can cancel your class prior to the start of class and penalties may apply. There is an 8% refund fee applied to all class refunds. In addition Bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc., deducted from the refunded amount on the customer's end are not refundable. There are no refunds for classes in which you have already had access to details to attend class, unless approved specifically by Amy Shine or her staff. Classes which have deposits required or accommodations included are not fully refundable or transferable and fees may apply. Please contact [email protected] for additional details.

 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary by payment provider

Emergency Cancellations: In case of documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, refund policies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
