Hi, I'm Amy
I'm an Embodied Somatic Movement Facilitator who helps women regulate their nervous systems, repair trauma stored in the body, and reconnect with pleasure and aliveness.
After major life upheavals three years ago, I found myself with chronic hip pain where nothing could help - not yoga, bodywork, or chiropractic adjustments. It was only when I slowed down and applied somatic nervous system practices that the trauma locked in my hips finally began to heal.
The somatic practices I teach in this membership are the same ones that brought my body from pain and tension back to ease and pleasure. I've been teaching movement as therapy for 18 years, and these approaches transformed not just my physical pain, but my entire relationship with my body.
I combine somatic movement, breathwork, nervous system healing, earth elementals and energy work to help women like you come home to their bodies and awaken their feminine essence.
